Checkout is 11am and the earliest check-in is 1pm.
Checkout is 10am during the covered bridge festival.
The following are the costs of our facility:
Daily Vehicle Fee $7 per vehicle (Good for re-entrance until midnight)
Daily Boat Launch $5 per craft (lake is electric motors only)
Daily Golf Cart/UTV $2 per cart
Season Golf Cart/UTV Pass $20 per cart
Seasonal Vehicle Pass $40 (passes apply to one vehicle at a time)
Seasonal Boat Pass $25 (passes apply to one boat at a time)
One time Dump Station Use $20
(No 4-wheelers permitted in the park)
Camping: Last weekend of March - October 31st
AA (full hook-up) $37 a night
Modern (water/elect) $27 a night
Primitive $17 a night
Cabins $65 a night
Reservation Fee of $6 per site is applied to all reservations. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable charge.
Cabins have sales tax of 7% and Parke County Inn Keepers Tax of 8%
Online Reservations:
-no park passes or fishing permits will be sold online
-no park vouchers or gift certificates can be used online
-can cancel 3 plus days before check-in for a $10 cancellation fee and loss of the first day’s deposit
-if they cancel 48 hours before check-in, they will lose the entire deposit (No Refunds unless approved by the manager)
Booking Advance
-guests can book 365 from the day of
-the entire stay is due at the time they book the reservation for all reservations (online/in person)
-there is a one-time $6 booking fee per site (most parks charge this daily)
-if they are wanting multiple days the following year, they need to wait the exact 365 or the system will not permit them to book the stay…so no 366 or 367 days out
-reservations can still be made at the gatehouse but if the gate is busy such as on a holiday weekend, then the guests can book the reservation online.
-Walkins are still permitted
-Max stay of 14 days
-there is a 20 minute timer while making the reservation
-they MUST select amp service or it will only provide primitive sites
-guests can select from a site map or by site number
Credits
-if a credit is given it still must be used during that camping season and cannot be redeemed online
Campers are charged a $7 vehicle fee per vehicle only once for the duration of their stay. You are given a vehicle tag to keep in your vehicle to re-enter the park.
*Campers that park on our Lakefront sites must park diagonal in order to allow emergency services to pass through*
Reservations:
Reservations may be made on any campsite, shelter, or cabin. Once our park is open for the season, telephone, and walk-in reservations are accepted. Reservations via email or Facebook are not accepted at this time.
Cancellations - Any site that is cancelled prior to arrival via telephone may (all credits for a cancellation are subject to management approval) receive a credit of the amount paid minus the reservation fees, to be used for another date within the current camping season. NO refunds are given. If anyone does NOT call to cancel prior to their stay, they then forfeit their deposit(reservation fee and first night of camping)!!
Shelters
Isaac $40/day Water, electricity, fire place, up to 30 people
Large $40/day Water, electricity, up to 60 people
Medium $35/day Water, electricity, up to 25 people
Small $25/day Water, up to 15 people
***The daily gate entrance fee is not included in these prices***
If you are wanting to do a group rate please call ahead of time with an accurate number of how many vehicles will be in attendance. Payment must be received before the event
Boat Rental
Boats are rented at our park gatehouse.
Kayaks: $15/4hours; $25/8hours; $35 full day (while the gatehouse is open)
Boats are operated first come first served basis, no reservations are taken for boats!
Must be at least 16 years old to rent a boat/must present valid photo ID which will be hold. Guests will be charged for any damages.
Seasonal Boat Ties are available for $35/season. Boat must be off of premises by October 31st.
Horseshoes, volleyballs, basketballs, soccer balls, and disc golf discs are available for either rent or use in the park gatehouse. A valid picture ID plus a $40 deposit are necessary for renting or borrowing equipment.
Slip and slides are not permitted within the park.
Fire wood is allowed only if it has been de-barked! DO NOT BRING IN WOOD WITH NAILS WHICH INCLUDES PALLETS.
