Fishing Tournaments

2024 Bass Tournament Schedule:

Bass Tournament Information

  • $30/boat

  • $10/boat optional big bass entry

  • Time is 7am - 1pm

  • Weigh in is at 1pm

  • Registration is from 6:30am to 6:50am at the boat launch, no late registrations

Rules

  • No live bait

  • Must have live-well.... no baskets or stringers

  • No late weigh-ins

  • If you are using a cooler as a live-well you must have an airrater

  • No dead fish weighed

  • Bass must be minimum 14"s which is state law!

  • No shore fishing

  • All tournament fish must be released. If you want to mount the fish, it can't be weighed.

  • If there is lightening or a severe weather warning then the tournament will be cancelled. This is to ensure the safety of all.

  • Trolling Motors only

CATFISH TOURNAMENTS

Catfish tournaments are held monthly and allow people to compete for the title of Mr. Whiskers of the month. Some nice cats are reeled in every year.

Information and Rules

  • $30 per team

  • $10/person Big Fish Pot (if one person gets in all must be in)

  • Boat and/or shore fishing allowed

  • Only 6 poles on the boat, no more than 6 poles in the water per team at a time

  • Registration 6:00-6:45 pm; No late registration

  • Fishing from 7pm-3am

  • Five fish limit per team, fish on a stringer must be placed through the lip, not the gills.

  • No dead fish weighed in

  • All state regulations apply.

  • All tournament fish must be released

  • No late weigh-in

  • Rod and Reel fishing only. No limb lines, jugs, or trot-lines in the park ever.
